After Graduating from a different system, medical college?

I’m really interested in Psychiatry, and where I am the system is pretty different, when you graduate from high school you automatically go to medical college and it’s duration is 7 years then after that you become a general doctor you get you’re MBBS… BUT I was worried if i do get this and become a psychiatrist or whatever doctor if I go to England for instance or any other country with a different system, will I be about to work, or they wouldn’t accept it because it’s a different system? if you have an idea about this please help me out .

The U.S. will accept the degree. However, in order to practice medicine in the U.S. you have to do a U.S. residency.
