Are there any places online that offer free therapy?
I don’t have enough money to go to an actual therapist, but I need to see one. Are there any places online that offer free therapy in chat rooms or something like that that do not charge?

Although it’s not based in the US, there’s this e-counselling centre that offers free online counselling (English). It’s based in Singapore so you’ll have to work around the time difference (i.e. 10 am in Singapore would be 10pm Eastern time in the US). Each session is one hour.
Alternatively you can write to Samaritans based in the UK, I think : jo@samaritans.org.
