Best field to major in? (Medical)?

I’m in 10th grade, and have wanted to be in medicine basically all my life haha
Right now I’m thinking Psychology, maybe Psychiatry (but that’s 4 more years) a full fledged doctor, general practice, and a P.A.

Which is the best in terms of jobs open, years of school, competition..
