Hi Takiah,
Try The Online Counselling Service http://www.onlinecounsellingservice.co.uk
i use the service myself,it is affordable,i believe there is 15% off all services, you can use the email, instant chat or pc to pc calling counselling sessions, they also provide coaching too..
The counselor Faith is great, really open minded, non judgemental, most of all she listens and gives good insight…i have 2 weekly sessions and the odd email, its so much more convenient as her service is pretty much 24 hours a day,you can book for when you like, and there is no long waiting time either, you dont have to travel anywhere, according to the site they cover a really wide variety of issues too and like i said most affordable, you don’t really find affordable counseling these days.
i hope that helps
good luck

i doubt online therapy works. i see a therapist once a week and it’s amazing. you really need to see someone face to face as they can tell a lot about you from your face and body language. these are really important so a therapist can fully understand you. try seeing a therapist. i can’t recommend it enough.

i too also recommend the http://www.onlinecounsellingservice.co.uk the counselor is good also try but they are expensive and not too flexible with bookings
i recommend online counseling as it is convenient, affordable and effective, you can get more therapy, more often, you have many options, email, instant,pc to pc calling-voice chat or webcam chat so you can read body language…online counseling does work, you cant knock it till you try,i was sceptical at first, but i prefer it,most people are get therapy online and as time passes it will continue to increase,so it must be effective,it is especially beneficial if you cant travel to a counselor,or cant afford the ridiculous face to face fees,it is also good because you can remain anoymous, with face to face you have long wait times, shorter sessions, more expensive,it is also quite daunting airing problems face to face.
good luck on that
