Can I go to A 4 year college for all 4 years and then go to medical school to become an Psychiatrist ?
What Classes do I have to take in college.
what college would be good for that?
What classes should I take while in school.

Yes, that’s how you get a degree in psychiatry. Take all the math and lab science (bio, chem, physics) courses you can while in high school, and then major in whatever you want in college (psychology would be good) and take the premed courses in bio, chem, physics and math. You can do premed at any 4-year college, so find one you like that you can get into.

To become a doctor you will need to go to college and graduate, then medical school for four years. Then you will need to do a residency in psychiatry for three additional years to become a psychiatrist. Best college major would be biology or chemistry, at the best college you can get into.
