can you take a college course while at university? anyone know of any good online courses for beauty therapy?

Hi, im in the first year of university in the uk studying art and history but i am really not enjoying it so far. I don’t like the people on my course or the snobby values it has. I want to be a beautician and would love to work for a company such as benefit or chanel, mac etc. However after three years of student debt I would not be able to afford to take the course. So I’m either looking to the option of going back to college while still at uni (if thats allowed) or taking an online course, but I don’t really know of any well respected ones. The reason I don’t want to drop out of uni is because I have alot of rent to pay which my loan covers and it is also going to benefit me in the future if my beauty course doesn’t work out. any advice would be helpful, I really need some help, I just want to love the job I’m in when I’m older.
