The OCD and trauma-induced conditions really interest me and I like the hands on approach to the therapy, working with the patients and facing them with their fears.
I’m considering pursueing it as a career. Can’t seem to find the schooling requirements, though.

I need to see a therapist and I don’t know if it matters whether I choose a clinical psychologist or a clinical social worker with psychotherapy training.
I was diagnosed with ADHD and was recommended to be treated with cognitive behavioral therapy.
