I have tried Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) thoroughly and still have not received the right amount of relief. I am looking into psychodynamics but what OTHER types of THERAPY are good for major depression disorder and panic disorder? I am NOT looking for stupid stuff like http://www.kickfear.com.

I’ve been seeing a humanistic therapist for nearly a month now and have seen very little progress. I need a more directive approach, however please don’t suggest CBT because I haven’t experienced much progress with that either.
