That sounds illegal.
What you could do is get an appointment with your family’s physician (maybe a wellness checkup or a sports physical or something) and bring up the issue of therapies to the doctor. Sometimes doctors have ideas of things you can do without having to go to (pay for) therapy. Books, exercises, etc.

I don’t know of any online therapies, but on someone’s question a while back they introduced this website to everyone and reading it makes me feel A LOT better.

you can find just about any information about there for just about any kind of problem.
As for person to person therapy, i’ve never thought about it before, and that’s a really interesting idea, and i bet there is.

self help books on any topic from communication to relationships(communication is BIIIIIIIG)
