How can I conclude my essay over bulimia?
It has to take a stand, a side, or draw an overall conclusion. My thesis was that CBT cognitive-behavioral therapy is the most effecive treatment BUT i found out that there isn’t a treatment that’s is more effective than others.

Therfore, there isn’t a treatment that’s is more effective than others. Or something.
Just answer your Introduction. You didn’t give so much info. Hope this helps.

" overall, it had come to a conclusion where eventhough CBT cognitive behavioral therapy is the most effective treatment, I had found out however there is a more effective treatment?"
i’m sorry, i don’t get what you meant by the last sentence .. but that would be my conclusion .. somewhere along that line

Your thesis IS kind of your conclusion, just at the beginning. So I would suggest just changing it, then reaffirming it in the conclusion.
If it was a hypothesis sort of thing, you could simply say that you were wrong. But when you have a thesis, you want to prove that you are right.
