How effective is the systemic therapy in the treatment of depression?
I just started therapy (individual) with a systemic psychologist because i have depression, how effective is it? how long will it take?

I’ve heard its a good & effective system. Though don’t know why you have depression, you seem so sweet and cute, and people would be lucky to have you as a friend.
