I REALLY need help PLEASE!! Anyone know where I can find free online therapy?

I do not have insurance or $ to afford it . I’ve been very depressed and have severe panic attacks and have for a very long period of time. I feel like I’m at my wits end and I don’t know where to turn to anymore. I need it to be genuinely free… no hidden costs because at the moment I can’t afford anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m falling apart and need someone to care. Thank you.

I am a professional counsellor and crisis worker, and would be willing to offer you any assistance that I can. Why dont you email me and tell me where you are, and we can work on getting you some help, or looking for free online resources in your area.

I’m not sure where you might find it online. You can probably get therapy in person at your local YMCA or church. You might also try free phone services. Check the yellow pages in your phone book. There are probably listings for free services to call when you really feel stressed out and like you can’t handle life.

    GOOD LUCK!
I hope this can help you.

If you need loot for going to therapy then try going to a town/city hall and get info on free health care, ask about support groups and free counsling. Best Wishes, hold on baby girl:)

unfortunately, I don’t think there is alot of stuff out there that is genuinely free… but you could go and get some books. There are seriously a lot of self help book out there that can help you with ideas and techniques to fight depression and problems associated with it. For the panic attacks, you can do yoga and relaxation activities- alot of times there are yoga shows on TV in the mornings. The books you can buy that are self help are usally not expensive and may be able to help you more than you think. Look at Louise Hay- you can heal your life. That is a great book that we read when I was in massage therapy school- I like it. Just give it a try- it cant hurt and may help a lot. Just hang in there- things are going to get better, Just try to focus on anything positive that you have in your life and not keep dwelling on stress and negative things- it just makes you feel lower and lower. I hope this helps some. Good luck

It seems like I looked for something along those lines in the past, but couldn’t find anything.

I’m sorry I’m no help, but I also suffer from panic attacks, depression, OCD, and anxiety in general. If you want to talk, feel free to message me.

I hope you get some relief.
