If you have a problem with ppl in therapy don't say anything! I need a free online therapist.?

I’ve been having a hard time lately. This year depression just felt like effecting me.
My dad told me that if I ever wanted professional help to just ask him. But right now we are really tight on money and my parents want to move and I don’t cuz we’ll move outa the country. So i don’t really wanna bother him on the therapy wen we are trying to move and then we have no money left.

I’m a 15 yr old girl, that seriously wants help. Does anyone know a website or anything free I could use? If there’s a free place I could go, I live in Union County of New Jersey.

If you dad has insurance the amount you would be responsible for would be similar to a co-pay at a doctor’s appointment ($15-$25).

If you are not covered by insurance I would refer to the mental health system for your county. Which is Union County Mental Health. They would ultimately have the most answers for your particular situation and would potentially be able direct you toward therapy.
    Their info is:
    UC Mental Health Services
    (908) 527-4840 • FAX (908) 558-2562
    Monday - Friday • 8 A.M. - 4 P.M.

They will probably direct you to the county Youth Services in your area. They provide counseling to youth and to family with youth. Their infomation is:
    Youth Services Bureau
    1130 E. St. Georges Avenue
    Linden 07036
    (908) 298-7800 • Fax (908) 298-1147

    Good luck!
