If you work for the FBI, say as a forensic psychiatrist, can you have a second job?

If you work for the FBI, say as a forensic psychiatrist, can you have a second job? For instance can you do part-time work at a psychiatric hospital or private practice if you are full-time with the FBI or do they restrict their members from outside employment?

If you are employed by the FBI, you are a sworn agent of the United States government. Working in another capacity in a private industry may be considered a conflict of interest. Working for another government agency might be ok.

It would probably cause fewer problems to have a private practice and act as a consultant to the FBI rather than employed by the FBI.
