Is AP Spanish 5 needed in high school to become a psychiatrist?

I need to get rid of something for my senior year of high school. AP Spanish 5 seems to be the only thing I can get rid of. I’ve taken Spanish 1, Honors Spanish 2, 3, and 4, and was going to do AP Spanish 5. But, to become a psychiatrist, do I really NEED AP Spanish 5 for this?

If completing Spanish 4 means you have completed 4 years of high school Spanish, you do not need any more Spanish for college, medical school or a psychiatric residency.
