is there any free online therapy/counseling services?
I was just wondering if there was such a thing with out it costing any money. I would prefer to do it online!

but for Professional help not that i have found yet if i find one ill let you know
I do know that if you have a local LARGE college that has a counseling program for there students to learn to be phyc./phyo. then you can go to there clinic on site for a small charge that’s what i do mine is 11 bucks a vist lol

It is probably best to get professional advice from a licensed therapist. If you have health insurance you can have a person to talk to face to face for little to no money. Hope this helps!

Samaritans offer an email service where they will get back to you within 12 hours. It may not be proffessional councelling but sometimes it just helps to talk to an outsider!
