   there are many good support forums, just google depression support groups. As for talking to a therapist professionally, that won’t happen without money. They work hard to gain their professional standing and they don’t give way help for free, most of them have to pay off what they spent in their schooling. But you can find people to talk to and get emotional support from online in many different mental health type forums.
