Is there any way to get therapy or any kind of other "mental" help online?

So I am going through some personal stuff and I was wondering where I could get some therapy online for free.

Help is appreciated.
By the way, I understand I can get help from people here and most of you guys are great. But I would like some professional help without having to share my issues with the whole world.

    You can email these guys:

They are trained counselors and answer emails confidentially. I’ve emailed them before and they’re great. They try to answer you within 12 hours.

There are also a lot of helplines you can call to speak to a trained counselor depending on your problem. This website will help you find a helpline depending on your country and what your problem is:

There are forums where people with similar issues can get together and support each other but i wouldn’t recommend that as a substitution for a real, caring professional. Online, you really don’t know who your talking to or what experience, knowledge they have. You could probably find some offers for online counseling but I would be weary of scams.
