Is there such a thing as free online therapy?
Lately I feel like I need to talk to someone, and I don’t have that kind of relationship at home where I can talk openly at home. I feel like crying a lot, especially right now, but I don’t know what the problem is. I just want someone to talk to about my problems that I can trust, who will know whats wrong. Please?
Not really, well I’ve been sleeping a lot, but I don’t think thats a big deal.
I feel lots of pressure to be ”perfect” and I don’t feel like I can trust many people.

I highly doubt there is and even if there was it would probably suck and not help at all. It sounds oike yu have depression. Do you have any other symptons rather than sadness? Maybe you could try checking some websites about other symptons of depression.
