Is this job a Clinical Psychotherapist or a job in the field of Clinical Psychotherapy?

I heard that Clinical Psychotherapy is a therapy job where you work in a hospital type psych ward environment.
I believe what you do is council,(like a therapist, talk about there problems, help them find out there problems), help them find ways to get over there problems and find ways of how to stay away from their problems coming back. I want to do that with one on one counseling and group therapy/ counseling. I want lead groups like group therapy and activities.
I want to do all of that for children/teens ages 12-18 in an Inpatient Mental Heath Care Unit in a Psych Hospital/ Ward or Medical Hospital either one is fine.
Is that a Psychotherapist or is it a certain job in the field of Psychotherapy.
