Other Therapies for Depression and Anxiety…?

I have tried Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) thoroughly and still have not received the right amount of relief. I am looking into psychodynamics but what OTHER types of THERAPY are good for major depression disorder and panic disorder? I am NOT looking for stupid stuff like http://www.kickfear.com.

The Millennium Game! Stress management system in game form. Why not? Who said working to becoming stress free can’t be fun?

I am going to appeal to you in this way!

Compare the efforts to be free of stress that you have already invested to what you will invest for this promise of stress relief that I bring you. If this one does not work, you will have invested practically nothing and probably will have had a few good laughs in the bargain, not anything like the others I’m sure.

In playing the Millennium Game you are not asked to stop smoking, drinking, swearing etc. Do just whatever it is you would do normally. Simply do not allow the seven negative human emotions common to us all to lift up their horrid heads. nehushtan!

Knowing they can only do you harm and can never do you good, why would you ever allow them? Think man! Is this not true? Can this Truth not set us free? With this new knowledge you are given power over your future. All you need do is look upon these seven and allow that they are true. Now decide if you want to be free of them. Do this and the wheels are set in motion. Giving this answer is a seal. Nothing can stop it! The prayer was said at the Millennium that the Angels be freed. Those that play this game in earnest will see the Holy Angels of God and they shall be seen and be protected.

Do not allow the seven troubles any part in your day to day affairs for ten days. They are like thoughts that come upon us, perish the thoughts. These seven are the fire that you must be born from to enter the Kingdom of Heaven!

The following, Psalms 4:4 is from the Holy Bible but you will find these things in all the Holy books. I ask that you take them with you if you should decide to play. I ask that you take them to bed with you each night you play.

Psalms 4:4 Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your
own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.

The Millennium Game starts from the time you wake up until you fall asleep. Play in earnest and be True for ten days and you will be a shining light. Your lamp will be brightly lit! None of the perils of distress shall come upon you anymore. When the bird lights you will know and not allow it a nest. You will see new and better ways and you will change to them for the Peace therein and you will know green pastures and still waters and the paths thereof.

Norman Vincent Peale said, "There are two kinds of stress, necessary and unnecessary. The seven names given to you in the Millennium Game are the stressors of all unnecessary stress and distress. From them come many more evils like fear, worry, guilt, anger, hate, bitterness, jealousy and more. If you stop the seven troubles, the many more can not come. The Holy Bible tells us that evil is seven things. These are the seven devils that Jesus freed Mary called Magdalene from.

To receive the power that is in the game you must target the seven directly. I say again, these seven names in the game must be given your full attention. If you focus on fear, hate, anger or any of the things that the seven bring, you will miss the mark and receive nothing. Download the Millennium Game and place it on desktop, stretched, until you have committed the seven names to memory.

If you have no Doubt you can have no fear or worry and more when Doubt is working with one or more of the other six troubles.

If you have no Enmity you can have no hate or bitterness and more when Enmity is working with one or more of the other six troubles.

    Lets shorten this up.

If you have no Wrath you can have no anger. If you have no Envy you can have no jealousy. What I say about one I say about them all. legion!

The three elements of depression are, Shame, Doubt, and Lust. Three of the seven troubles of the heart. three of the seven negative human emotions common to us all. Three of the seven things that are all evil.

OK, now some definitions to be sure you know the enemy so that you may turn.

Enmity is, " The spirit of an enemy." Don’t allow it ever. Always hurts the one who has it first. Hot fire! The stings of distress.

Lust is, " Desire, wanting, brings anxiety and tension." Jesus told us, "Want for nothing."

"Shame is what you feel when you do not feel of full value." God told me this!"

Shame is very destructive. Responsible for many sicknesses and deaths in the world. Stop allowing it! It is one of the seven lies from hell! Jesus told us of our value.

One thing more. If you have any of the seven in a dream during play, this does not terminate your game. Only waking hours count and soon your dreams will test the integrity of your heart.

A very wonderful experience awaits those that will play the Millennium Game in earnest. I have been playing this game for over nine years now. It is an excellent self improvement game that you play privately although beware of these same seven coming at you from the hearts of others.

God is with us! Brother Carl.
