i’m pretty sure i’m depressed and i have social phobia. i really need therapy, but i dont have insurance and i dont want to tell my mom. so a free online therapy place would be great right now.

Unless you go to a psychiatrist who puts you on meds, the regular psychologists are not covered by medical care. Is that the case with all insurance providers? I can’t find one that covers psycotherapy by a PHd and not an MD therapist.
