what did you do?
ever felt they werent addressing your symptoms or you werent getting the right help or treatment?
im a bpd, ptsd, depression, aggrophobia, panic disorder ocd sufferer, and theyve offered me psychotherapy, but i feel it isnt enough…..there asking me to attend appointments…..but i cant even leave my apartment any more my anxiety is [...]

My mental symptoms include:
grandosity
depression
alogia
cognitive overload
rage
affective flattening
disorganized speech/mumbling
paranoia
need to keep moving (can’t sit still)
able to get high/hyper off of very little stimulus
eccentricity
Physical symptoms:
pain in muscles and joints (arthritis-like)
locking elbows, and jaw on occasion
narrow pupils, causing darker vision
decreased sensibility to pain
hearing voices, on five seperate occasions
i’m not sure what this could be, anyone have any ideas?

i hate to admit this but ive had a very tough unfair, unfortunate life so far . im now 31, ive been through severe mental abuse, consistently victimised and singled out and bullied throughout my life - been homeless in salvation army for 9 months, been in a mental institution for 18 months 8 years [...]

ive missed out all my life on happiness, goals, friendships, relationships, work, education, lifestyles..
never achieved any of it because ive suffered such a miserable life of trauma, let downs, rejection, bullying ~( physical and mental ) - abuse, assaults, attacks, time in a psychiatric hospital, time in jail….a criminal [...]
