You could go to any of them that you listed there, however, i would recommend the psychiatrist first, since bipolar is treated with meds, and if you can’t find one, a clinical psychologist as your back up. The other two would work but i would not go to them with that problem.
As for the parental issue. No, they can’t tell your parents ANYTHING. It is illegal. They would be stripped of their license if they did.
Finally, they would determine if you were bipolar or just depressed (bipolar is depression and mania, so you would not be diagnosed with both) by interviewing you, asking what your symptoms are, how you are feeling ect. Then they consult the set criteria to see if you can be diagnosed. It is fairly quick and painless to be assessed. They can do it in under an hour.
If you feel that there is a problem, certainly go get checked it. It is totally private and there really is no risk.

psychiatrist because they re the ones who determine whetehr u need medication or not most important of all you have to be 100% honest when they ask u a series of questions and if u do infact beleve you are bipolar let them kno because that is one of the hardest things to detect on a person by their doctore because usually they cover it up with their nice personality but if you even have a litle gut feeling you might be let them kno becase you have to take medication to find a chemical balance in ur brain once u are diagnosed properly than you may see a psychologist for regular evaluation and just to talk things out

You could go to your general family doctor and get a refferal to a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist. If you have a mental illness, unless you’re a danger to yourself or others and hospitalized with the desire to get out, "they" can’t make you take medication or seek any treatment at all. Although, your age may restrict your rights, but really there are ways around things…
How is depression figured out? Well, through a series of questions, observations, patient descriptions, maybe interviews with those close to you (like your parents) and the ruling out of things such as physical problems that can cause or mimic depression such as a thyroid disorder. That’s why it’s a good idea to either see your GP or a psychiatrist (who is really a medical doctor with a specialized focus) first. A clinical psychologist is able to make a diagnosis of mental illness, but other issues need to be ruled out.

You should see a psychiatrist, they would like to talk to your parents and do a life history, if you have a mental disorder it needs to be sorted before it gets worse.

First, start with a Psychiatrist. He will ask you certain questions and you may need to take a psychological test. The psychiatrist can prescribe medicine to help you feel better and heal. You may want to see A Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a few therapy sessions as well.

You need a pediatric psychiatrist. They will take a history and have you fill out several forms. They will use that all to determine whether or not you have unipolar depression or bipolar disease or just teenager-itis.
