What should I do to get into William and Mary?

I was looking at this school, and I seriously fell in love with it. It’s the perfect college for me, but I’m afraid I may not be accepted into it. I’m a sophomore in high school, taking all honors classes right now, with a 4.1 GPA. Next year, I plan on taking all AP courses. I’m hoping I can handle it. My brother is going to the University of Pittsburgh and he also took all AP courses his senior year, and a couple his junior year. He graduated 13th in his class, I think. He’s been giving me advice on what classes to take and stuff. He said to always take MORE than I think I can handle, because I can always drop it if I can’t. If I can manage to do really well in them, I can boost my GPA up a lot. I’m not sure what my class rank is.. probably not very high. My class has roughly 315 students. I’m probably low 40’s, high 30’s. I’m really going to work to get that up though. I’m thinking taking all AP courses may boost me up a little. I’m definitely going to be an underdog, though. I struggle a little more to understand things, and I have to work a little harder to get an A than a lot of other fellow honors students. I also am worried I won’t score high enough on my SATs. I didn’t do very well on my PSATs. I’m really going to have to work to get a high score on those. I’m also very involved. I’m in about 4 or 5 clubs, and constantly doing community service. I know that’s an advantage for me. (I hope, anyway) My spanish teacher tells me she’s going to make me the president of the SADD club my senior year. And my class sponsor says she’s guaranteed me a spot on class council next year. I’m pretty well respected in my school with the school board and such. This summer I plan on getting a job at a daycare. (I love kids) Not sure if my jobs would matter in my acceptance to a college. And as for what I want to do, I want to be a psychiatrist. Maybe forensic psychiatrist. Or maybe a child psychiatrist. I’m just really paranoid that I won’t be able to get into this college. It will be really tough for me, because my grades aren’t perfect. I struggle. What kinds of things should I do to get into William and Mary? Give me guidance.
