What’s the difference between interpersonal and relational group therapy?





Looking at two psychodynamic group therapy sessions. One says relational and the other says interpersonal. Anyone know the difference between the two?

    They are basically the same. Both deal with addresing problems in a relationship. Both sessions have the same characteristics. They are the same, except they are just to different fancy terms for the same therapy sessions. :D Hope this helps.
