Where can I find free online therapy/counseling?
I recently suffered the death of my daughter, who died from SIDS, and i have tried support groups but none in my area have other members, so it is a little besides the point. I seem to do best talking about things in text messages/emails/chat and I am hoping someone knows of a group or individual that offers free online/email counseling? Or perhaps even online counseling that would take insurance? I would really like to talk to someone about everything, and appreciate any help anyone can give me. I appreciate any suggestions you can give me.

go talk to your doctor, they’re gonna have the resources you need or check the front of your phone book for crisis counseling services.
