Boys Town National Hotline provides free crisis counseling via the telephone and through e-mail. You can go to one of our websites and send a message to a counselor who will respond to you as soon as possible. Our crisis counselors are professional and are trained to help teenagers, parents and kids of all ages with many different problems and situations.
Online and telephone counseling is a great way to reach out and get assistance but it is not intended to replace talking face-to-face with a professional therapist for more complicated problems. Our Hotline can also refer callers to counseling and support groups in their local area if they are in need of more support.
Take care and hope to hear from you!

I can’t afford counseling either. So,I either call boystown or contact liveperson and they usually keep me sane.
having a baby and being stressed and trying to NOT kill anyone is a reason enough to contact someone to listen is all.
hope that helps.
