why only two 5 min breaks in 4 hours? should i believe him?
my boyfriend has gone to london for 3 days for a hypnotherapy course/seminar and he promised he would text me on his breaks, he didnt text me for 4 hours so i thought he must of had a break by now, so i rang him and he said he has only had two 5 minute breaks and he has another hour to wait before his dinner.
i wanted him to text me on his breaks to see how hes getting on because he is there on his own, and i have anxiety so i worry about everything.
why would he only have two 5min breaks in 4 hours?

Hey Zehara!
It sounds like you need to stress a little bit less, chances are he is simply really busy.
Think what could possibly go wrong within that time limit, nothing.
If your worried he is lying, I doubt it.
It’s a 3 day course, they are going to be pumping as much information into him in a short amount of time as possible.
While he is gone/busy why don’t you try to keep yourself busy so you don’t focus on the time and worry about him? Catch up with a old friend, go to a dance class or even have a nice dinner somewhere.
He will be home safe and sound soon enough!!
