would you ever try online therapy?
If you had a problem and felt like you needed therapy, would you be more willing to try seeing a therapist in person, or would you be willing to try online therapy?

I think it depends on the person needing therapy.
Some people feel better by physically going to their therapist and speaking face to face. Body language can help the Therapist see what conditions you may have, especially anxiety. Tones in the patients voice can be taken into account and process would be a lot easier, I imagine.
However, I also know some people who are severely agoraphobic, or have severe social anxiety. In which case, online therapy would be great for them. They wouldn’t have to go through the panic or discomfort of leaving home for a therapy appointment, and could still get the professional care they deserve.
Though, I’m not sure how medication would be taken care of online - If you need medication, the therapist needs to get you a prescription somehow.
So yeah, in my opinion, it depends on the person seeking therapy, and what they’d prefer to do.

If I had to have therapy i would try online therapy and then move onto seeing someone in person if I felt I needed that.
