Registered Nurse here; All states have MHMR, a mental health facility and will see people with no means to pay. Your correct health care is so expensive without insurance. As for me I have suffered from anxiety since about the age of 12. It’s no fun, I have tried the therapy, the counseling, etc. This didn’t help, finally one day I went to my family physician, told him I was exhausted from dealing with anxiety all the time. He placed me on a antidepressant and with in 30 days, I felt much better. No it didn’t cure me, but it helped lots. For me a on line dot com self help programs would not be of benefit. For others I hope it does help. But having suffered from Anxiety for years and years, I strongly recommend you going to a Mental Health Clinic, or some type of clinic that offers sliding scale payments based on income, if no income no fee. Hang tough, get some help.
Thanks for the opportunity to address your question.

i have anxiety, and found that it was best to see the doctor before making any decision’s like that . just make sure you play it safe b/c only your doctor can give you the real help that you need, not an online co.
